Experience and Background: A former local authority Chief Executive with more than 30 years’ experience in local government. He began his professional career as a Civil Engineer before progressing into senior leadership roles, with a particular focus in later years on organisational transformation and leading major regeneration programmes.

Originally from Stourbridge in the West Midlands, Rob has lived and worked in several parts of the UK. He joined Rotary in 1999 at the Crickhowell Club in South Wales and has since been a member of Tettenhall in Wolverhampton, Telford Centre, and Retford in Nottinghamshire.

Rob and his wife, Jenny, also share a long‑standing involvement in amateur operatic societies, having been active members for over 50 years.
