**Background | Canaan Trust provide a holistic person centre for homeless men and women. Objectives | To complete the acquisition of the property by the end of April 2022 and convert the property by December 2022. |
Scope of work | To achieve the objectives the Trust is seeking as much volunteer support from corporate business, local companies and volunteers skilled and unskilled. They require architects to design the conversion; someone with the necessary knowledge to oversee the conversion project; suppliers to provide materials and volunteers to undertake skilled and unskilled work. |
Project Costing | The Canaan Trust has costed the project but as it is multi-phased with the Trust bearing some of the costs and a reliance on material donations it is not relevant |
Material requirements | Electrical and plumbing equipment and decoration materials. |
