Richard Vergette

Richard is from the Rotary Club of Epworth & Isle of Axholme

Richard lives in Belton in the north of District 1220 and has worked in Education and the Performing Arts.

He was a drama teacher for many years, teaching in schools and colleges in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. He has also written a couple of A level text books and study guides.

Richard is also a playwright and has had a number of plays published and professionally produced.

He was founder-member of Isle of Axholme Rotary in 2005 and has twice served as their President. He is married to Bronwen (also a founder-member of Isle of Axholme). They have three adult children: Alex, Thomas and Olivia.
